Compressed air system leaks are not so readily identifiable as water or oil leaks but fixing them will reduce energy costs, reduce plant maintenance costs, likelihood of failure and lower the carbon footprint. The ii900 is simple and intuitive to use and a complete plant can be inspected in a matter of hours - without shutting down. A 7” screen displays a sound map on a visual image which can be downloaded, saved or imported into reports.
The Fluke ii910 can detect leaks that are smaller, and further away. In addition, it can detect partial discharge associated with insulators, transformers, switch gears and high voltage power lines, and detect mechanical issues in conveyor systems before they lead to failure.
